Discord is starting to eat away at Skype. At long last….
The fallout continues…
“Niantic was not prepared.”
No they weren’t, not by a long shot.
The game itself was a nice start. Getting people out and about. When the update went out that locked out jailbroken/rooted devices, it meant I could no longer play (still can’t, although I can get the app to load and login, but never get a GPS signal, even though I’m happily able to play other AR games like Ingress. And I’m only L22 if I remember, so way behind most active players now)
How to trust no-one in the deep dark world of space — kinda also reflects real life.
I need to figure out how to play this game properly (I have it on Steam and like the graphics, but the controls are really frustrating….)
“Smiling Dog Crew” shows how you should never let a wolf guard your chickens.
Has it really been 30 years since Final Fantasy first graces our TV screens? Wow. And all these different versions — not including spin-offs (X-2 , XIII-2, Mystic Quest, and Lightning Returns) and expansions (FFXIV’s Heavensward and upcoming Stormblood, for example) are not included. But the franchise has been going for 3 decades and doesn’t look like it’s stopping any time soon 🙂
A mobile phone game ported for the PC? This can’t end good, right?
A team of veteran developers of the FINAL FANTASY franchise, headed by venerated producer Yoshinori Kitase, brings you MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY, a mobile RPG of unprecedented quality. The PC version comes 4K visuals and 60 FPS gameplay.

It turns out that there’s an amazing side effect to joining the ranks of the millions now addicted to Pokémon Go: better health.
Fitness tracker Jawbone UP claims that users of its fitness band who also mentioned that they used Pokémon Go logged a whopping 62.5 percent more steps this weekend compared to their steps taken during a normal weekend.
As someone who is a runner, I can confirm this thing is like Ingress — encouraging you to go to new places or making you treat pokestops and gyms as milestones – which is great for interval training. I’m running circles around my local area, stopping by at three different pokestops each loop 🙂
Currently Level 12 with about 251 pokemon caught, 47 unique ones seen, and 47 active in my bag.
