Actually managed to hit Yellow Zone today, but this was going a proper 5K route — with a steep incline, which is where my BPM started to climb.

Hmm… the other day, my dad called me “chopstick legs” and my sister told me I took after our mother’s side of the family — skinny and tall.

Not so sure about either of those two remarks. :-/
