  1. That is about my calculation for my half in March, but I have given my self a sub 3 hours goal 🙂

      • The training plan I am trying to follow on Endomondo estimates my completion time at 2h:07m:16s. Let’s see how close it gets. Also, as I progress through the plan, it will keep testing my fitness, reassessing my fitness level and reworking the pace of the runs to match.
