Reboot

There seems to be an unhealthy appetite for rebooting films (Hulk, Evil Dead, Django etc.), but until now, I didn’t think it affected anime that much. Then came Evangelion’s movie, OVA and (sort of) reboot, and now, I find Sailor Moon is going to get rebooted.

AKB48 – Earworm

I’ve been watching a new anime – AKB0048, which has numerous songs by the J-Pop group AKB48 and now I’ve got their songs ringing in my head.

I did hear their tracks before watching the anime, and I have a thing for group J-Pop songs, which are pretty common during Anime, but with AKB0048, ALL of the songs were group songs, with the occasional solo in the middle of the songs.

It’s disappointing J-Pop tracks aren’t made available in the West on places like Google Play or Spotify. And even if they are, they are usually far behind.

I am starting a new Blender project, or, more specifically, restarting it. I’m going to attempt to model some of the characters from the anime Yu Gi Oh! 5Ds. I have it on a Bitbucket Git repository at the moment (it is a private repository at the moment), but may make it public at a later date.
