A man who requested a reference from his former employer was so impressed with the resulting document that he framed it.
The ex-employee, identified only as Ryan, contacted the Ashmore branch of Cash Converters in Australia to ask for a reference – and the response was hilarious.
Addressed ‘to whom it may concern’, the reference describes with brutal honesty Ryan’s contribution to the pawnbroking franchise.
‘Ryan proved himself useless in a wide variety of tasks,’ the document reads.
‘His responsibilities included f***ing around on the internet, reading Zoo and Facebooking his friends.’
